Approval
We work to gain a credit approval from one of our specialist agricultural funders. These include BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Novuna Business Finance, De Lage Landen Leasing, Societe Generale Equipment Finance and Haydock Finance.

Payout
After approval we prepare all documentation for signing and pay out. You can choose to carry out business by phone, email or through a face-to-face meeting.

Agricultural
This is our core business and our most active sector. We can arrange funding for a wide range of products to include all types of new and used machinery as well as farm buildings, cars, livestock, inputs and fixed installations. Hire Purchase, Lease and Loan facilities are the most popular finance packages in this sector. You may be looking for standard repayment profiles – monthly, quarterly, half annual or annual repayments or maybe a bespoke seasonal or revenue matched scheme.
Groundscare
Dawner Asset Finance are specialists in this sector as a lot of the machinery required is similar to the agricultural sector. All mowers, trenchers, irrigation equipment, dumpers and excavators are funded on a similar basis to the agricultural sector. Hire Purchase and Lease Purchase are still popular although some customers prefer operating lease or hire agreements if the equipment is needed for a particular term or an individual contract.
Commercial
Our experience in providing car and commercial vehicle finance extends over all of our customer sectors. We are able to recommend and provide specific agricultural equipment finance models to equip each client with the most relevant financial solution type for their business. We advise and can set up most types of vehicle finance schemes, from a straight forward hire purchase agreement on a used car purchased from your local dealer, to a vehicle purchase directly from a manufacturer on a Lease Hire Agreement. Vehicle deals can be written with customer balloon payments at the end of the repayment term to keep repayments minimal during the repayment period if required.
Construction
As an asset funder in construction finance we understand that no two businesses are the same. That’s why we tailor each deal to your individual circumstances. Building company, plant hire or specialist contractor, whichever part of the construction industry you work in, rest assured we will provide you with the finance solutions best suited to your needs. Machinery funding is available for all types of construction assets from Excavators, dump trucks, cranes, chippers and forklift trucks through to specialist machines. Most repayment terms are monthly in this sector but more bespoke repayment profiles are available if required.

Using Hire Purchase allows you to keep your working capital intact, whilst at the same time allowing you to invest in plant, machinery, vehicles and other key assets.
Lease
Use Finance Leases for tax efficient funding for tractor finance or agricultural equipment finance.
Operating Lease/ Contract Hire
Choose an Operating Lease as a cost effective way of purchasing high value assets or choose Contract Hire to purchase plant and agricultural equipment with on-going service, repair and maintenance included.

An unsecured loan could be the product best suited to your project or purchase
Sale and HP / Lease Back
Utilizing our experience and accessing specialist funders Dawner Asset Finance can offer retrospective funding of pre-purchased assets for capital raising purposes. Clients can decide which model to structure their agricultural scheme around, either on a Hire Purchase or Finance Lease basis.
